Another OAT Update *sigh*

Lately I've definitely been getting more stuff done with preparations for the OAT. I think that is because I had too many interruptions at home so I decided to go back to studying at coffee shops. My good friend told me about one and I have to say it is THE perfect place for studying. It's not a crowded Starbucks type place and the music is on low so I can concentrate! Hooriyah for me! Tomorrow (or I should say today considering how late I am typing this) is Friday though and they are going to have a live band, but apparently it's not supposed to be too bad so I'll see if I can still continue to study there on weekend nights.

Oh, yeah and today my brother invited my family and relatives over to his newly furnished house that he just moved into. I should mention that I used to live there before he did, although it was always his, because I hated living at home and the long commute to the university I attend; but, I have moved back home now and am sticking it out and shall see how this goes. Except I didn't go even though he really wanted me to come :o(. I haven't been going to a lot of get-togethers whether it be social or familial because I need to really spend most my time studying. I don't mean to be such a bore with all this OAT talk but I really want to do well so I can get into optometry school. With that said, I CANNOT WAIT till this OAT nonsense is over and I can relax and party it up a bit! I sure as hell deserve to since I've confined myself from everything. I even deactivated my facebook (*gasp*)! I have written down a list of things I want to do once all this is over which include: books I want to buy and read, finish decorating my room (I recently painted the walls a mustardy yellow color and it looks fabulous), go out on random nights and have a glass of wine (so not Muslim-like I know but oh well, I have flaws my friends), smoke hookah at a cafe (although this may not be Muslim-like, it is middle-eastern like), dress up and look something close to the female species that I am... oh, you know the simple things! I can't wait!!!!

My 21st birthday (omg) is in exactly 3 days and I will not be celebrating :o(. However, I have a birthday getaway trip I plan to execute with my closest girlfriends as soon as my OAT's are done and over with! Hooriyah! Lol, man I can be so fobby...

BTW, I think I just drank water out of a glass on my night stand that Cashmere may or may not have drank out of... *shrug* oh, well.
